  5. The supplied data won't be supplied to third-parties nor it will be used in any kind of advertising or promotional campaigns. If required by the user, data may be supplied to third-parties with purpose of providing addititonal services not available at Pensão Praça da Figueira.
  6. Online payments: Credit card payments and reservations are done in a secure page (based on a SSL certificate) of our web site, using the protocol HTTP over SSL. Nevertheless, it should be noticed that there are risks inerent to the transmission of personal data using open networks, namely the possibility that such data may be seen and/or used by other persons. Such possibility can not be considered as a responsability of Pensão Praça da Figueira or the hosting provider where the page is hosting.
  7. Child safety: Reservations from 18 year-old minors will not be accepted.
