Reservations

We will have the pleasure of confirming as soon as you send us the credit card number and experation date.

WARNING! This reservation request will be send by non-secure e-mail (not encrypted). If you don't intend to supply the data requested this way, you can omit the information relative to the credit card, if you send us the following print-version for fax use only, that should be filled out entirely (including the credit card details) and faxed to this number: 351 21 342 43 23 (fax number, Pensão Praça da Figueira, Lisbon, Portugal).

Please notice that we will only confirm the reservation after receiving the credit card information.

To make sure that you have made succefully your reservation, you have two options:

1st option: Reservation by e-mail ou fax.

In order to make a reservation using this option, you should send the following information by e-mail to rrcoelho@clix.pt or by fax to +351 213424323:

- The number of your credit card;
- Expiration date.
- Name on credit card.
- The Address.
- The security code (the last 3 digits printed on the back of your credit card).

Comments:

In this case, it will not be discounted anything from the credit card of the client, unless the client does not arrive and does not inform the reception of the Pension of the desistence until 24 hours before on the day of the arrival. In this last case, it will be discounted from the credit card the value of one night.

 

2nd option: Reservation by bank transfer.

In this case, it would be made an anticipated payment of the first night. The client will have to send a proof of the payment by e-mail or fax.

If the client does not occupy the room and the client make the reception know of the desistence until 24 hours of the day of the arrival, the payment will be given back, but only personally. The payment will be not given back by bank transfer.

After the reservation, it will be send to the client a code of the reservation. The client should keep this code.
